These people left debris on my car in a rainstorm. The garbage ( a cardboard flyer ) is adhering to my windshield. I was just hung up on calling to complain. Naturally, there was no phone number on the garbage left on my car, simply a web site and instructions to order high priced glasses ( which I don’t wear ) from dishonest people.
Is it legal to dump garbage on another person’s car?
That’s happened to me plenty of times before too. Well, not specifically from Coastal Contacts, but receiving garbage on my car.
Whenever I have school, drive my car down to the park-and-ride and take the u-bus all the way to the school, and when I get back is when I usually see the offline spam littering my car.
Usually it’s either a religious note they leave, telling me I need to find god, An employment seeking firm, or a PETA support group telling me to not murder animals. It’s be hilarious if it weren’t so sad.
I’m not sure if there’s anything that can be done about what they do, tey aren’t permanently damaging the car or anything, and I don’t know if it’s illegal or not. I just ignore it for the most part.

Hi Alexander
I came across your blog posting and noted you mentioning one of our flyers was adhering to your windshield.
Please contact our call centre and inform them of the flyer. They will direct you to an auto detailing shop which will take care of the flyer at no cost.
If you get cut off from the call centre again, please email me with your phone number and i will have someone contact you or reply back with the information.
I apologize for the inconvenience and I hope we can get this resolved quickly for you.
