A Truly Incredible Picture

This is why underneath it all I don’t understand athiests.

How can you look at that (sheer perfection) and not see the grace of God in the wings of a butterfly?

Still it’s a cool picture, from a cool community. That one is good, too, but there’s no competition – it’s not incredible like the one above. Sorry Frosty!

  1. it was a “great accident” of evolution, you silly! and they sometimes say they don’t have any faith!

  2. Sometimes people think they know so much about what they do not believe in, that they are blind to what is in front of them.

  3. The bokeh, or the out of focus highlight, is just gorgeous. The moth looks angelic like that because of the light shining through its wings.

I think the beauty you see has more to do with the eye of the beholder than the grace of god, honestly.

  5. I have to say that I also believe we can see God’s greatness and His character through the wonders of nature – some creatures are just beautiful as the butterfly above while others are comical (whether because of their appearance or their behaviour).

Atheists try to pass it off as “chance” but I can’t believe such beauty can just happen by evolution.
